End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“End User”, “you”) and ITS A WRAP AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Sweden (Svanholmsvägen 11C, 18275 Stocksund) and developer of Red Dot Chat (“App” or “Software”). This Agreement governs your use of the App and related services.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy,  which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. By using the App, you consent to both this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you:
   •    are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into this Agreement;
   •    have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by its terms and the Privacy Policy; and
   •    if applicable, have the authority to act on behalf of an organization using the App.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the App and must delete it from your device.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and, if applicable, your active subscription, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
   •    download, install, and use one copy of the App on a single mobile device that you own or control;
   •    access and use available features, content, and services solely for personal or organizational purposes.
If you wish to use the App on multiple devices, you must obtain a license for each.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Red Dot Chat offers two subscription options:
   1.    Monthly Plan – billed monthly, includes a free 3-day trial.
   2.    Annual Plan – billed once per year, includes full access for 12 months.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices and features may change, and you will be notified of any material changes. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days unless you start using subscription features before the withdrawal period ends .
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
   •    license, sell, rent, lease, assign, or distribute the App to any third party;
   •    reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
   •    remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices;
   •    use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including trademarks, code, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of ITS A WRAP AB or its licensors. You may retain ownership of any user-generated content or materials you create using the App. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be freely used by the Company without compensation.
5. Updates and Changes
We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or new features. These updates may alter or remove existing functions. We are not obligated to maintain or support specific App features over time. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
6. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, misuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, delete all copies of the App.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from your use or misuse of the App, legal violations, or breaches.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. No responsibility for indirect damages.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Sweden. EU consumers may enforce rights under their residence laws .
11. Severability and Waiver Invalid provisions will be adjusted; remaining terms apply.
12. Amendments
We may amend with 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
