Red Dot Chat

Place Dot: Move the logo up to place a dot at your location.
Start Chat: Click your dot to make a chat message.
Message Exposure: Red dots in the circle can see your messages and chat with you. 
They can also chat with each other.
Adjust Circle: Move the logo left or right to resize the circle and update your location.
Unique Dots: All dots on Earth are displayed, each with a unique number.
Leave Chat: To exit the chat circle, move the logo down. This will delete your chat and location​​
