ITS A WRAP AB (“Company,” “we,” “us”), located at Svanholmsvägen 11C, 18275 Stocksund, Sweden, provides the Red Dot Chat app (“Service”). Your use of the Service is governed by our End-User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy .
1. Subscriptions & Payments
• Monthly: Auto-renews; includes 3-day free trial.
• Annual: Full year access; auto-renews unless canceled.
• Cancel anytime via App Store/Google Play 24+ hours before renewal.
• EU Right of Withdrawal: 14 days to cancel digital purchases (unless you start using features).
• All payments processed via Apple/Google. No refunds except as required by law.
2. Acceptable Use Do not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or commercial exploitation.
3. Governing Law Swedish law applies. Disputes resolved in Stockholm courts. EU consumers retain rights under their local laws.
4. Changes & Termination We may update terms (30 days’ notice for material changes). Continued use = acceptance. Violators may be banned without refund. Contact: hi@reddotchat.app
