Dot Tag End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IT'S A WRAP AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Svanholmsvägen 11C, Sweden, grants you access to the Dot Tag app and website (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this binding EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Definitions
Company: ITS A WRAP AB, Svanholmsvägen 11C, Sweden. Service: The Dot Tag app and website. You: The individual or organization using the Service. Organization: Your employer or entity if using on their behalf. You represent you are 18+ and have authority to bind any Organization.
Subscription Plans
Dot Tag offers two subscription options. Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, includes a free 3-day trial. Annual Plan: Billed once per year, includes full access for 12 months. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via app settings. Trials convert automatically unless cancelled before end. Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods. Prices shown in app; local taxes apply.
License Grant
Dot Tag grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the app on one device per license/subscription, access content through the app, use a 3-day free trial (Monthly Plan), and receive updates during active subscription. The Service is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions
You agree not to copy, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Service, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it, or remove copyrights or trademarks.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service remain with Dot Tag or its licensors. You retain rights to your user-generated content. Feedback you provide becomes Dot Tag’s property.
Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service anytime without liability. Updates are part of the Service and subject to this EULA.
Term and Termination
This EULA remains until terminated or subscription ends. We may terminate for any reason or breach. Upon termination, delete the app and cease use.
Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims from your misuse, breach, or violations.
No Warranties
Service provided “AS IS”. No warranties of fitness, merchantability, or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months. No consequential damages.
Governing Law
Swedish law applies. Exclusive Swedish court jurisdiction.
Amendments
We may amend this EULA with 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
Miscellaneous
