Definitions
• App: Black White Chat software.
• Service: App features and related website.
• You: Individual or organization user.
• Company/We/Us: ITS A WRAP AB.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to:
• Install and use on 1 device per license (buy more for extras).
• Try free for 15 days on any device.
• Access updates for 1 year post-purchase.
Personal use only. No resale or commercial sharing.
Subscriptions and Payments
Black White Chat offers two subscription options:
• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, includes a 3-day free trial.
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year, includes full access for 12 months.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal via your App Store or Google Play account settings. We’ll notify you of price/feature changes (30 days for material ones).
14-Day Withdrawal: Cancel paid subscriptions within 14 days for full refund (EU/Sweden Distance Contracts Act). Email info@yoo.se unless you’ve started using digital content with consent. App Store/Google handle cancellations/refunds – see their support.
Restrictions
Please don’t:
• Copy, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Remove copyrights or trademarks.
Your Rights
• Keep ownership of your created content.
• Feedback welcome – it helps us improve (no automatic ownership transfer).

Cookies and Privacy
Non-essential cookies enhance experience (e.g., login memory). Opt out in settings. See our GDPR Privacy Policy for data rights.
No Warranties; Liability Limits
App provided “as is.” We aim for reliability but can’t guarantee perfection. Liability capped at your payment amount. No consequential damages (per Swedish law limits).
Termination
You: Delete app or cancel subscription. Us: For violations, with notice where possible. Post-termination, stop use and delete copies.
Governing Law and Disputes Swedish law applies. Resolve issues informally first. Use free Konsumentverket help. Claims within 1 year. Contact info@yoo.se
